COVERTECH INDUSTRIES LIMITED warrants the purchaser of the Safe-N-SecureTM Safety Cover that the company at its option, will repair free of charge or replace any Safety Cover that proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
It is imperative to read and follow the instruction and installation form carefully. Ensure the maintenance procedures are followed to extend the life of your Safety Cover. Safety Cover returned that reveal damage from abuse, neglect or high alkalinity levels are void under warranty.

15-Year warranty with 2-Year Full
The claimant shall pay the current list price at the date of the claim to replace, less (1/180) of the price for each full month remaining in the warranty period.
STANDARD MESH
15-Year warranty with 2-Year Full
The claimant shall pay the current list price at the date of the claim to replace, less (1/180) of the price for each full month remaining in the warranty period.
DELUXE MESH
20-Year warranty with 2-Year Full
The claimant shall pay the current list price at the date of the claim to replace, less (1/240) of the price for each full month remaining in the warranty period.
COMMERCIAL MESH
25-Year Warranty with 4-Year Full
The claimant shall pay the current list price at the date of the claim to replace, less (1/300) of the price for each full month remaining in the warranty period.
Cover including proof of purchase must be returned freight prepaid with hardware removed, dry and clean.
COVERTECH INDUSTRIES LIMITED is NOT responsible for installation, labor, service, freight and other cost of any type.
WARRANTY WILL NOT BE HONORED IF WATER LEVEL WAS MORE THAN 18″ BELOW THE COPING, OR COVER HAS BEEN ABUSED OR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. THE WARRANTY WILL ALSO BE VOIDED IF ANY SAFETY COVER IS USED ON ANY APPLICATION OTHER THAN FOR WHICH IT WAS DESIGNED.
