SOLAR BLANKET LIMITED WARRANTY
COVERTECH INDUSTRIES LIMITED warrants the purchaser of the blanket that the company at its option, will repair free of charge or replace any solar blanket that proves to be defective in workmanship or material. It is imperative to read and follow the instruction and installation (on the reverse). Ensure the maintenance procedures are followed to extend the life of your solar blanket. Solar blanket returned that reveal damage from abuse, neglect or high alkalinity levels are void under the warranty.
3-Year Warranty with 1-Year Full
The claimant shall pay the list price at the date of the claim, less one thirty-sixth (1/36) of the price for each full month remaining in the warranty period.
5-Year Warranty with 2-Year Full
The claimant shall pay the list price at the date of the claim, less one sixtieth (1/60) of the price for each full month remaining in the warranty period.
All Warranty Claims must be made directly with the manufacturer. All freight charges are the responsibility of the claimant.

Instructions For Use and Installation
INSTALLATION
Your solar blanket must be installed on the pool with the bubble side down. If trimming is necessary, allow the blanket to reston the pool until the packing folds have straightened. Initial cut should be slightly larger due to sun exposure. Precision trimming may be necessary to ensure a perfect fit. be very careful not to cut the liner if you have a vinyl lined pool. The blanket should not overlap the pool sidewall to prevent wind infiltraion under the blanker.
REMOVAL
To remove the blamket, two people can pull 3 to 4 feet at a time and fanfold the blanket in an accordion fashion outside of the pool. To avoid handling damage, do not drag across coping or rough deck.
Once off the pool, the blanket must be kept in the shade or covered with a protective cover sheet (included). An uncovered solar blanket (when not in use) exposed to the sun will result in extensive damage to the blamket.
IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE TIPS
You should monitor the level of chlorine below 3 parts per million (PPM). When shocking pool, keep the blanket off for at least 24 hour. Damage caused by excessive chlorine exposure (patches of brittle, flaked bubbles) is excluded from this warranty.
You can clean your cover using a mild detergent, water and a sort brush. A clean cover will perform much better. Store your cover away from rodents and avoid areas where temperature can reach 1200F.
PERFORMANCE
When used properly, your solar blamket will provide maximum heat by day and insulate byy night. Temperature will rise by 10F or more. The blanket will keep pool clean, reduce chemical usage and result in water coservation.

Blankets returned that reveal above damages are NOT covered by the warranty!
WARRANTY CLAIM
The solar blanket may be returned via UPS prepaid to Cover Industries Limited for inspection and determine whether the blanket is repairable. If you believe the blanket to be beyond repair, you may send us a 2′ x 2′ section of the defective area. Whether you send the whole blanket or the 2′ x 2′ section, you must accompany the shipment with the Warranty Label (which is attached to the cover) and proof of purchase.
In order to process the warranty claim, these 3 items must be forwarded to Covertech Industries Limited. Failure to provide all these items will void the warranty. Covertech Industries Ltd. will not be help responsible for any solar blanket which are cut, and found to be void of warranty or out of the warranty expiration date.
